occasions in your life? Pastry chef Amy Stevens Adams teaches
you the secrets of working with fondant, icing, and gum paste
to create the edible masterpieces of your dreams. In a one-day
seminar she will teach you how to bake and decorate
cakes that will wow your family and friends!
Learn the basics of
filling layers, stacking and stabilizing tiers, transporting
and setting up cakes, as well as special tips and tricks of
the confectionary trade that are not taught in beginning cake
decorating courses. Amy, a graduate of the Culinary Institute
of America, will share secrets she has learned only through
commercial practice, since leaving culinary arts school.

$250 for 1-6 participants, $30 per each additional participant
